How it works

See it, size it, solve it

Ordyse reads your ERP and your inbox and shows the path every order takes. It turns that into worklists with ready-made suggestions. Your team reviews and approves.

See it

The process map shows every detour your orders take, with case counts and the days they cost.

Size it

One click on a detour opens the worklist: who is waiting, why, and how much money is tied up.

Solve it

Each case shows the root cause, the source document and a ready-made suggestion. Your team approves, Ordyse sends it and logs it.

Where cash gets stuck

Ordyse clears up orders, invoices, collections, delivery dates and complaints

Each of these areas has its own app in Ordyse. It shows which cases are tying up cash right now and comes with a ready-made suggestion for every one of them.

    FAQ

What leadership and finance want to know first

Don't see your question? Ask it during the demo or ask the assistant at the bottom right.

What if the assessment finds very little?

That's what the results guarantee is for. If the final report does not show at least €25,000 of stuck cash, documented case by case, we refund the full €4,900. What we guarantee is the amount we find and document, not how your team acts on it. Requirements: we define the processes to be assessed in writing up front, you provide system access within ten business days and name a contact person. You request the refund within 30 days after the closing presentation. Details are in Section 5 of our terms.

    Which data leaves our company?

Ordyse reads transactional data from your ERP and inbox, meaning orders, documents and timestamps, and stores it on servers in Germany. The AI runs with a provider in the EU and is never trained on your data. Personal names in emails are masked. We sign the data processing agreement before we access any data.

How much of our team's time does it take?

About half a day from your IT team to set up access to the ERP and inbox. Plus a one-hour kickoff, a 30-minute check-in each week and a 90-minute results session at the end. We do the analysis ourselves.

What happens to our data after the assessment?

If you sign up for a plan, you keep working with the same data. If you don't, we delete all connected data no later than 60 days after the final report and confirm it in writing on request. You keep the report.

Does a works council need to agree?

For sites in Germany, usually yes. Software that records work processes requires works council co-determination under Section 87(1) no. 6 of the German Works Constitution Act, even if it doesn't evaluate individuals. Ordyse analyzes by process, customer and team, never by individual employee. You can download a sample works agreement right away, and works councils get free read-only access.

What does Ordyse cost after the assessment?

From €2,480/month for the platform with one app, cancel monthly. Prices are locked for 24 months and rise by no more than 5% a year after that. The full price list is right on this page.
