What Ordyse gets done for your team
Ordyse shows you how sales orders, purchase orders and invoices actually move through your company. You see where days and euros are lost, which cases are about to slip and what an improvement is worth. Ordyse prepares the next step, your team approves it.

Understand your processes
See the real path of every sales order, purchase order and invoice
Ordyse combines ERP documents and inbox emails into one complete picture. Every number takes you to the individual document in one click. The views on this page are simplified and show sample values.
Process map
See at a glance which paths your orders take and where they get stuck. The wider the arrow, the more cases take that path.
- Case count or waiting time per step
- From the main paths down to every edge case
- The longest waits are listed first
- Order
- Approval
- Delivery
- Invoice
- Payment
Variants
Most orders run smoothly, some take detours. Ordyse shows every variant with its share, case count and duration and highlights steps that aren't part of the plan.
- Detours stand out immediately
- One click shows the variant on the map
- OrderApprovalDeliveryInvoicePayment72%13.9 days
- OrderQuery toApprovalDeliveryPayment12%16.1 days
- OrderApprovalPartial deliveryInvoicePayment9%21.4 days
Conformance in euros and days
You define how an order should flow. Ordyse shows how many cases follow it and what each deviation costs: extra days and tied-up order value.
- Extra, missing and repeated steps
- Open affected cases directly
- Adjust the target flow or upload your BPMN model
- Order
- Approval
- Delivery
- Invoice
- Payment
Throughput times
How long does an order take from receipt to payment? Ordyse separates the typical case from the outliers that tie up your cash.
- For the whole process or between two steps, such as approval to delivery
Compare
Do EDI orders move faster than email orders? Is one site slower than another? Put any groups side by side.
- Customers, channels, teams, sites and any other attribute in your data
Orders by email take 5.8 days longer than via EDI.
Order, delivery and invoice on one map
One order ships in three partial deliveries, each invoiced separately. Ordyse shows every document in its own color, so you see where an order splits and where it gets stuck after that.
- Sales with order, delivery, invoice and customer
- Purchasing with requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice and supplier
The third partial delivery waits 6 days, and so does its invoice.
Root causes
Why do some orders take twice as long? Ordyse finds what they have in common on its own, such as a payment term, a team or a specific customer, and ranks them by impact.
- With the affected value in euros
- One click shows the cases behind each root cause
- Extra step: customer query€612,000 affected2.4×
- Payment terms 60 days net€418,000 affected1.9×
- Customer Morvena Elektro€96,000 affected1.4×
Bottlenecks
Ordyse shows which step eats the most time and how long each team takes there, so you can focus where it matters most.
- Release to picking22 h41%
- Delivery to invoice15 h28%
- Picking to delivery4 h8%
- Query to reply3.6 h7%
Forecast
Which purchase orders will arrive late? Which sales orders will miss the promised delivery date? Ordyse learns from your own history and warns you while there's still time to act.
- Risk, expected date and affected value for every case
- Ordyse reports how often the forecast was right on your data
- When the outcome is uncertain, Ordyse says so
- highPO 4500-8812expected Nov 14 instead of Nov 7€38,400
- highPO 4500-8790expected Nov 12 instead of Nov 8€21,900
- mediumPO 4500-8841expected Nov 10 instead of Nov 9€12,300
- lowPO 4500-8856on time on Nov 11€8,700
Simulation
What if customers paid five days sooner or price deviations happened half as often? Ordyse runs the numbers on your cases: days saved and less capital tied up.
- Combine several measures in one scenario
- Customer queries 50% faster
- Release to picking 30% shorter
- Payment after reminder 50% faster
Task mining
How much work goes into each step
The process map shows how long a case waits. Task mining shows how long your team actually works on it: minutes per invoice check, per delivery date query, per resolution. It captures activity in the browser and in Windows apps like SAP GUI, Excel or DATEV, so you can see where automation saves the most time.
Handling time per case
Active time in approved applications, allocated to each case in the process.
Only what you allow
Only the URLs and applications your company specifies are captured, and only start time and duration. No content, keystrokes or screenshots.
Works council ready
Reports only for teams of five or more, individual consent, pause anytime, sample works agreement included.
Production and warehouse
What stalls in production, picking and the warehouse
Production orders, deliveries and inventory run as processes of their own in Ordyse, straight from your ERP. Ordyse shows where orders wait for material, where rework happens, which deliveries are packed but not yet posted, and how much capital sits in the warehouse.
Production
From production order through release, material staging and confirmations to putaway. Including waiting time for material, rework and scrap by work center, rescheduled dates and a forecast of the completion date.
Picking and shipping
Picking, goods issue and partial deliveries along the path of every sales order. You see which deliveries are ready to ship and how much revenue hasn't been invoiced because of it.
Inventory and maintenance
Every batch from goods receipt through inspection and putaway to issue, with waiting times and slow movers. Plus breakdowns and maintenance with response times and waiting time for spare parts by asset.

Don't see your system?
We'll connect it during onboarding.
Your ERP, as it is
We set up your custom fields, document types and codes with your team during onboarding. Your system stays exactly as it is.
Always current
Ordyse syncs continuously. Your numbers are as fresh as your ERP.
Reliable day to day
After ERP maintenance downtime, Ordyse catches up on the sync by itself.
Resolve cases
From finding to finished
Ordyse finds the cases that cost money or time, names the reason and prepares the next step. Your team reviews and approves, and Ordyse carries it out.
Order resolution
Price mismatches, unknown items, maxed-out credit limits and date conflicts, handled before the order stalls.
Invoice verification
Release blocked invoices before the early payment discount expires, and catch it when a supplier quietly raises prices.
Receivables
Due invoices with the reason payment is missing. If a complaint is open, dunning waits.
Delivery dates
Purchase orders without confirmation or with a shaky date, and which sales orders depend on them.
Complaints
Every complaint through to credit note or replacement, with quality defects passed on to the supplier.
Custom apps
Your team builds its own worklists: which cases, which columns, which actions. A second person approves the important steps.
Approval and ERP corrections
Every suggestion waits for an authorized person. After approval, Ordyse writes the correction to your ERP and records who approved what.
Alerts and automations
You decide what matters, such as “more than 20 purchase orders at risk” or “invoice unchecked for two days”. Ordyse lets you know the moment it happens and kicks off the next step.
- Triggers: a metric, a forecast, a case reaching a step or waiting too long
- Actions: team task, email, Microsoft Teams, Slack or your own automation
- Multi-step workflows with human approval and AI agents that prepare suggestions
Cockpit
The numbers your leadership team wants every Monday, on one page. Your team builds its own metrics, such as “purchase order to goods receipt, by supplier, target 10 days”.
Ask questions
Ask Ordyse like you'd ask a colleague
“Which customers most often order at outdated prices?” or “How much early payment discount did we lose in September?” Ordyse answers with the numbers from your own system.
Traceable
Every answer shows the cases it is based on, so your controlling team can verify every number.

FAQ
How is Ordyse different from process mining?
Process mining shows how your processes actually run, and Ordyse includes all of it. Ordyse goes further: it quantifies every deviation in days and euros, finds the root causes and prepares the next step. Your team approves, and Ordyse handles the rest in your ERP. That's what makes Ordyse a process intelligence platform.
Which ERP systems does Ordyse connect to?
SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics 365, proALPHA, Oracle Fusion, Odoo, weclapp, Xentral and DATEV. Plus Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, Shopify, Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric and your inbox. We connect other systems during onboarding.
Does Ordyse also see the deliveries and invoices for an order?
Yes. Order, delivery and invoice each have their own path on the same map, so even orders with several partial deliveries show up correctly. You can export your data in open standard formats at any time.
Does Ordyse find root causes on its own?
Yes. Ordyse looks for what slow cases or deviations have in common, such as a customer, a team or a payment term, and ranks the root causes by impact in cases and euros.
Can Ordyse predict which cases will finish late?
Yes. Ordyse scores every open case for risk and expected date and reports how often the forecast was right on your data. Simulation shows you up front what an improvement is worth.
Does Ordyse write changes back to the ERP?
Yes, once an authorized person approves. In Business Central, for example, Ordyse enters the correct price on the sales order. Every approval is logged.
Where do data and AI run?
Ordyse runs on servers in Germany. The language models come from EU providers, and your data is never used for training or model improvement. The data processing agreement is included.
How soon will I see results?
The first process map is usually ready the day you connect. After the four-week process assessment, you have a clear view of where capital is tied up and the actions that pay off first.
